ARTISAN STITCH
Like an artist who uses canvas and paints, a sewist creates art using fabric, threads, cording, and a stitch. Pillows are the ideal canvas for the Creative Top Cover Stitch, and when using decorative threads in the wipers, it is possible to create trim using attachments, graphic patterns with thread, and stitch over cording to create a sculptural look. Whether you use the Triple, Wide, or Narrow Cover Stitch, the Chain Stitch, one wiper, or both wipers you will be inspired to create your own masterpieces for your personal art gallery.

DUAL WIPER SYSTEM FOR THE CREATIVE TOP COVER STITCH
Watch the Applaud’s patented dual wiper system deliver thread back and forth in front of the needles and over the fabric surface to create the Creative Top Cover Stitch. Choose to thread both wipers or only one wiper for the selected stitch.

NEEDLE UP/DOWN FUNCTION
Whether using the Needle Up/Down key to advance forward in the fabric, start on fabric, form a single or partial stitch, or program the needle(s) to stop in the down or up position this feature allows you precise positioning of the needle(s) at all times during a project.
